Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Participant: Participants who communicate their withdrawal from the trip before 21 business days prior to its commencement will have 40% of the total package amount retained, as a charge for destination booking, management, and cancellation. For the same reason, 70% of the total Package Tour amount will be retained for those who communicate their cancellation with less than 21 business days' notice, and 100% of the total Package Tour amount will be retained for those who communicate their withdrawal from the trip with less than 96 hours' notice prior to departure.

Cancellation Procedure: Cancellations must be communicated in writing to our travel agency. The date of receipt of the written notification will be considered the official cancellation date.

Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days following the receipt of the cancellation notification by the travel agency.

Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to the travel itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In the event of significant changes to the itinerary, the participant will be offered the option to cancel the trip with a full refund or accept the proposed new itinerary.

Limited Liability: Under no circumstances will we be liable for additional costs incurred by the participant as a result of changes to the itinerary or trip cancellations, including, but not limited to, transportation, accommodation, or other reservations costs.
